The shop notified me of a flower substitute due to stock issue. The replacement was equally beautiful! Delivered regardless of the 6inches of snow received!!! So very appreciative here in Oregon

Although they didn't have the flowers I ordered in stock, they did create a substitute arrangement that was equally as beautiful at no additional cost. Communication after purchase was great and they even let you know when the flowers have been delivered.
